Kailash Mansarovar Yatra Ex- Lucknow
(Itinerary Day Wise)
Day 1: LUCKNOW to NEPALGUNJ DRIVE
- Meet: At the designated point in Lucknow (123m).
- Travel: 4-5 hour bus journey to Nepalgunj (152m) with snacks, water, and a tea/coffee stop.
- Arrival: Check into a 3/4* shared hotel (max. elevation: 1400m).
- Evening: Yatra briefing session.
- Meals: Veg dinner at the hotel.

Day 2: FLY NEPALGUNJ to SIMIKOT
- Flight: Early morning flight from Nepalgunj to Simikot (2910m, 45 mins, 297 km), subject to weather conditions.
- Activities: On arrival, meet our representative, check luggage, and acclimatize at Simikot. If weather permits, take a helicopter trip to Hilsa or continue to Taklakot.
- Accommodation: Dormitory-style guesthouse or 4* hotel at Taklakot (sharing basis).
- Meals: Veg breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Important: Added stay at Simikot to account for weather delays.

Day 3: FLY SIMIKOT to HILSA BY HELICOPTER DRIVE to TAKLAKOT
- Travel: Early helicopter ride from Simikot to Hilsa (25 mins) → Cross swinging bridge for Nepal immigration → Walk to China border and complete immigration.
- Drive: 22 km to Taklakot via Burang customs.
- Stay: 4* hotel in Taklakot (4025m).
- Tips: Drink water, eat well, and avoid exposure to strong winds. Consult the guide for altitude issues.
- Meals: Veg breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Important: Hilsa is an inhospitable village with limited resources. Group crossing at the border is mandatory. Carry snacks and water, and remain patient in case of delays.

Day 4: REST DAY AT TAKLAKOT
- Activities: Rest and acclimatize. Visit Taklakot market for essentials (before dark).
- Stay: 4* equivalent hotel, twin/triple sharing.
- Meals: Veg breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Day 5: TAKLAKOT to LAKE MANASAROVAR
- Travel: After breakfast, drive to Lake Manasarovar (4590m) via Rakshas Taal (~1.5 hrs). Stop briefly at Rakshas Taal for views of Mount Kailash.
- Activities: Explore Lake Manasarovar, take a holy bath, and perform rituals or personal prayers. Shower tents will be provided for ladies.
- Stay: Basic guesthouse near Chui Gompa, multi-sharing rooms.
- Meals: Veg breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Important:Water at the guesthouse is sourced from Lake Manasarovar; purifying tablets are recommended if needed.Night visit to Lake Manasarovar is possible for a unique experience under the moonlight. Stay in a group with a guide for safety.

Day 6: DAY 1 KORA / PARIKRAMA OF MT. KAILASH, 12 KMS TREK to DIRAPUK
- Travel: Drive to Darchen (35 km), the base camp of Mt. Kailash.
- Activities: Pass through Yama Dwar, then trek 12 km towards Dirapuk, passing rivers and grasslands. View the North Face of Mount Kailash.
- Optional: Charan Sparsh trek (3 km) to touch the feet of Mt. Kailash (subject to guide’s decision).
- Stay: Lodge at Dirapuk (5210m), multi-sharing room.
- Meals: Veg breakfast, packed lunch/snacks, light dinner.
Important: The trek is at high altitude, so rest and stay hydrated for health.

Day 7: DAY 2 PARIKRAMA, 22 KMS TREK to ZUTHULPUK via GAURI KUND
- Activities: Early morning trek to Zuthulphuk (22 km). Pass the highest point at Dolma La (5630m), then descend to Gauri Kund.
- Difficult Section: The trek near Dolma La is steep and rocky; avoid touching Gauri Kund’s water due to risk.
- Stay: Basic guesthouse or tent at Zuthulphuk (4790m), multi-sharing room.
- Meals: Veg breakfast, packed lunch/snacks, light dinner.
Important: The Dolma La pass is the toughest section, and the downhill path is rocky. Stay cautious and with the group for assistance.

Day 8: DAY 3 TREK 06 KMS to DARCHEN, DRIVE to TAKLAKOT
- Activities: Visit caves and temples around Zuthulphuk, then trek 6 km to Chongdo. Drive 6 km to Darchen to reunite with the group.
- Travel: Drive to Taklakot for the night.
- Meals: Veg breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Max Elevation: 4575m
- Distance Covered: 110 km (2 hours drive)
- Stay: 4* equivalent hotel at Taklakot

Day 9: Fly back Simikot – Nepalgunj
- Activities: After breakfast, transfer to the helipad for a helicopter flight back to Simikot, followed by a flight to Nepalgunj.
- Important Note: Flights on the Hilsa-Simikot-Nepalgunj route are weather-dependent, with delays and rescheduling possible. If you get stuck at Hilsa, be aware of limited accommodation and resources. In case of delays, any extra stay and food costs are not covered in the package and must be paid directly by travelers.
- Meals: Veg breakfast (at guesthouse).

- Any kind of extra baggage charges in flight/helicopter during Yatra.

- Fill up Kailash Yatra 2025 Booking Form, scan colored image of your passport
- Pay the non-refundable registration amount in a corporate bank account or online and mention the transaction number on the registration form.
- Attach a self-attested copy of identity proofs, like a valid Indian passport (Mandatory), and two photographs.
- Email Registration Form, Scan Valid ID Proofs & Transaction Number on Email: info@triptotemples.com (cc accounts@triptotemples.com & adik@triptotemples.com) & courier originals self-attested copies to us on office address.
- It is our most important aim that you enjoy your holiday and that we earn your trust. However, we are not responsible for any cancellation due to any unforeseen disputes, weather-related issues, natural calamities, technical failure of any type of transport we use, loss of earnings,Weather, late arrivals or force majeure, or any items beyond our control.
- After booking, if you wish to cancel your trip, you must notify Trip To Temples in writing at booking@aradhyatours.com
Once Aradhya Tours receives your notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following:
● 50% refund on cancellations between 21 to 45 days.
● 30% refund on cancellations between 15 to 20 days.
● 20% refund on cancellations between 11 to 14 days.
● No refund before 10 days of departure or Yatra denial by local doctors during medical check-up in Yatra.
- The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. We can accept replacements from customers without any cost for up to 20 days from the Yatra date with complete documents.
- All refunds and cancellations are applicable as per the cancellation policy, with a processing time of 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
